He focuses on key markets, such as Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, the UK, the US, China, and the EU, as well as export markets like Brazil, Japan, and Germany. His team consists of 14 FTEs, and he is a member of the MT BE. Andy's domain of expertise includes marketing, strategy, positioning, brand building, (re)branding, advertising, creative/solution-finding thinking, high-end products, creating added value, team management, and leadership. He is a pioneer with a startup mentality, a game-changer, and a flexible and energetic leader who leads by example. He is also a creative and nonlinear thinker who can read linearly, making him a valuable asset to any team. Andy's past experience includes serving as the Global Group Brand Director and the International Brand Director at Duvel Moortgat, where he was responsible for leading brand teams, heading social media and internal graphics teams, and kick-starting new projects for the department and company. He also played a key role in launching new products, such as the US Boulevard brand for export, the complete repositioning and restyling of the De Koninck brand, and the launch of Duvel Mini. Andy has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from Hogeschool Antwerpen and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Karel de Grote' Hogeschool Antwerpen. He has also completed several executive programs in finance, corporate economics, project management, advanced marketing communication management, and brand management from institutions such as Antwerp Management School, Kluwer Management Programme, Stima (Stichting Marketing), and Vlerick Business School.
